4. Payment Terms

All payments for services rendered are due upon completion of the cleaning service, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, online payments, and cash. Failure to pay in full for services may result in legal action.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your cleaning service up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without incurring a cancellation fee. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may incur a fee, as specified in the service agreement.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing access to the property and ensuring that the necessary conditions for cleaning are met. This includes providing instructions for any special cleaning requirements or areas that require particular attention.

7. Liability and Damages

MN Home Cleaners is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or issues in the property. We take utmost care in cleaning your property; however, in the unlikely event of damage caused during cleaning, we will address it based on our liability policy, outlined in the service agreement.
